Cosechado en un suelo calcáreo y sílex, este vino se bebe joven. Alía fresco y afrutado, pero queda un vino seco.

Amigo de fiesta, el rosado es un vino para momentos de convivialidad.
Excelente aperitivo, puede ser la ocasión de un bocadillo al crottin de Chavignol o tarro de conejo. Maridaje: plato de Penne con tarro de pescado o risotto de queso Parmesano.

Delicious, with pineapple/citrus nose but a refined taste – not juice. Smooth full profile with vanilla softening the ripe fruit notes. Drank with a ultra fresh grilled mahi. Wonderful!
