Fantastic mineralic, refreshing PF, 4y old and still jumping out of the glass. Would buy it again: worth the high price.

A 4y old Pouilly-Fumee but the freshness jumping out of the glass like it was bottled yesterday, superb balanced with pronounced fine minerals and refined sauvignon blanc tastes. Impossible not to finish the bottle the same evening.

Color amarela, límpida, com leves tons dourados. Fermentado em cubas de inox. Um Sauvignon Blanc da Borgonha, perfumado, complexo e fresco. Boa persistência. São produzidas apenas 2000 garrafas. Especial para acompanhar queijos de cabra e peixe grelhado.

Dalla borgogna un bel Sauvignon dai profumi intensi e da un gusto persistente ed armonico. Bella freschezza e sapidità. Poully è un paese un po anonimo ma non nei suoi vini.. molto buono…
