Our vineyard is a patchwork of several different parcels, in size and on a geological point of view. Some of these parcels have got a very old history. They are the fruit of several generations’ work. This patchwork of vineyards sometimes prevent us from frost or hail, which are more often very localised.

Thanks to the legend, you can notice that our vines (high-lighted in yellow) are situated on the 3 greatest soils of Pouilly : Kimmeridgian Marl (in dark yellow), Porlandian Limestone (in grey ~ blue) and Flint (in pink).
